Containment is the last thing to go in, so when schedules are under pressure, it is the containment piece that needs to go in quickly and smoothly.

Polargy’s informed, flexible designs, easy-to-install products, and experienced team of installers help assure schedules are met. We bring experience and competency to the design that saves time and prevents rework. Our products are modular and adjustable so that field adjustments can be made with minimal delays. And, our team of experienced containment installers know how to get our products installed quickly and correctly.

  • Polargy Hot Aisle Containment
    Hot Aisle Containment. As part of a new suite build-out, Polargy assisted in design to assure cable trays were not obstructed and that containment panel placement did not impede rack top access.
  • Polargy Cold Aisle Containment
    Cold Aisle Containment. As part of a new pod build, Polargy worked with an insurance company to include special FM4910 materials in above rack panels and door inserts.
  • Polargy Cold Aisle Containment
    Cold Aisle Containment. Polargy provided layout guidance to the architect. The RPPs were placed outside the containment zone to reduce containment costs.

New Build Project Management

Polargy serves as the containment subcontractor on new construction projects. We work as any other subcontractor on a new data center build including:

  • Participate in design reviews
  • Complete contract requirements (including bonding)
  • Prepare Shop drawings
  • Attend weekly project meetings
  • Oversee installation
  • Deliver record drawings
